What is your delivery schedule?

Orders placed the 1st-15th of a month, will be shipped on the last day of the same month.
Orders placed the 16th through the last day of the month, will be shipped on the 15th of the following month.

Therefore, shipping will take place anywhere from 2-4 weeks, based upon when you place your order. Batching orders helps us offer lower prices to you.

NOTE: All merchandise within this site is "made-to-order", therefore, exchanges or refunds are not available.

What is a "security code" and why is it required?
The card security code (also called CVV, CVC or CID) is an extra security measure to help prevent fraud. The code is usually three or four small numbers on the front or back of a credit card. This is entered on a credit card transaction and validated against the information on file with the customer’s credit card company. It is required to process an order. Within the PAYMENT screen, click "What's This?" to view some common locations of a security code.

VERIFY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: Check that your schoollogo.com user account billing name and address matches exactly the credit card billing name/address you are using. For example, if your credit card displays a middle initial, be sure to include that in your schoollogo account billing address. Note that the order's shipping address can be different than the credit card billing address.
